The characters actions and expressions are less exaggerated than is usual in animated films. Instead, the animals move like real people - with small and subtle movements. This is one of the advantages of computer animation in comparison to other techniques, although it is rarely put to use. Camera work enhances this life-like effect. The virtual camera seems to wobble in the hand of the person filming, zooming in and swaying uncontrollably, and sometimes arriving late to capture the action.
